At RepMotion Agency, we are committed to providing high-quality social media marketing services tailored to each client’s goals. Due to the nature of digital services, which begin immediately upon agreement, we do not offer refunds once a project or campaign has started.

 

However, we do offer flexibility in the following cases:

 

  • Project Delays on Our End: If we fail to begin the project within the agreed time frame without valid reason, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Cancellations Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%, depending on admin work already done).

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we are unable to deliver any part of the agreed service, we will assess the situation fairly and may offer a refund or service credit.

Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original service start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
